The Path to Event Day
Your journey to an unforgettable day of challenge and charity starts here.
Assemble Your Team
Gather a minimum of 5 athletes. All fitness levels are welcome and contribute to the team's success.
Choose Your Challenge
Select the 6-hour or 12-hour event, choose a charity, and register your team.
Compete & Celebrate
Show up on event day to compete, have fun, and make a real impact for a great cause.
Unmatched Team Building
Build tighter bonds through a shared challenge. Rotate athletes, plan strategy, and push together across strength stations. Everyone contributes, learns, and leaves more connected—ready to tackle bigger goals at work and in life, together.
Meaningful Charity Impact
Every effort counts twice. 50% of your team’s points support your chosen charity, and the other 50% of points goes to the overall winner’s cause. Compete hard, cheer harder, and raise dollars for organizations doing good locally and in our community.
Inclusive for Every Level
New or experienced, you’ll find a role. Our format rewards teamwork, pacing, and smart decisions, not just top power numbers. Pick the modalities that fit, trade off often, and celebrate progress at every station together and confidently.
Overall Event Atmosphere
Expect a relaxed, athlete-first vibe. Competitors rotate in and out all day, keeping energy high without chaos. Spectators are welcome to cheer, donate, and join the buzz—free to attend with friends and family throughout the day in support.

Points, Not Pace
Our unique scoring system rewards well-rounded teams. Strength, endurance, and strategy all play a key role. It's not just about who's fastest—it's about who's the most resilient.
Partners & EBT Fuel
We're partnering with local businesses to create special pre-event promotions. When you buy a participating product and use the promo code "EBT Fuel", a portion of the sale is donated to your chosen team's charity!
Why It Works
- Community Engagement: Ties directly into our sponsorship focus and endurance/wellness theme.
- Cross-Promotion: Businesses promote to their customers, and we highlight them here and on social media.
- Inclusive Support: Allows non-athletes to easily support teams and their charities.
Campaign Ideas
- EBT Eats Week: All partners run their special during the same week leading up to the event.
- Sponsor-a-Team Specials: Local partners are paired with specific teams, and all promo sales go toward that team's charity total.
- Fuel Friday: A one-day promotional blitz where all partners run their special.
